Wow! It really is Summertime! We have sun - amazing!
The Pilates Now! timetable has changed slightly to reflect the holiday season with new times as well as paused times.
During August there is a new time for the Friday Beginners class of 9.25 - 10.15am, moved from lunchtime, so you can get your workout done early and relax in the sun in the afternoon!
There are new One-to-One Tuition times to give you more opportunity to start your Pilates journey or enjoy some extra special individual attention:
Tuesday 5.40 - 6.35pm
Wednesday 9.30 - 10.25am
Thursday 5.30 - 6.25pm
Saturday studio classes have gone on holiday until September. The 10am Online remains. The One-to-One sessions on Friday afternoon are also taking a break!
The Studio will run a reduced timetable between 15th - 20th August so the Reformers, Cadillac, Chair, Barrels and all the other amazing equipment we have in the studio can have a Summer holiday! - We all need a break sometimes!

To celebrate all the religious festivals that happen in April we are giving away eggs - of the chocolate variety! You can eat it after your workout or take it away for later. You know what they say: "Go to work(out) on an egg! And as for the eggs - well, they're 'Divine'!

Easter Opening Hours:
We all need need and deserve a rest and so all of us at Pilates Now! Studio & Online will be taking a well earned break over the Easter Bank Holiday weekend. The studio will be closed between Thursday 14th - Monday 18th April. Back on Tuesday 19th to work off the chocolate! Make sure you check your Pass to use it before it expires.
