Service Description
Antenatal Pilates Pregnant and thinking of Pilates to prepare your body for birth? Suffering from pregnancy back aches? Concerned about your pelvic floor and core strength after birth? Antenatal Pilates is recommended in the 2nd and 3rd trimester. You should have had your 12 week scan before starting Antenatal Pilates. Pilates on the specialist equipment is supportive, enabling you to continue to workout and feel great! The session is led by a certified Stott Pilates Instructor specialising in pre/post-natal Pilates. We start with 1-1 sessions for the first 3 sessions, then, depending on your pregnancy, we can recommend doing more 1-1s or joining Essential classes until you are about 30 weeks, when it is better to do more 1-1 sessions. Cancellation Policy
A sessions can be rescheduled or cancelled up to 24 hours in advance of the original booking. If you have a Pass or Plan, rescheduled sessions must be made before the expiry date of the pass.
